• The buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
• According to the amendments to the Tobacco Act in 2019, we are only able to sell our products to businesses in Estonia (except for Zippod and humidors).
• Order Return:

The consumer's right to return is established by legal provisions and is not a specific feature of ordering from the tubakas.ee online store.

After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving any reason. According to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from goods that cannot be returned due to their nature.

If the condition of the returned item deteriorates, the consumer is only responsible for the reduction in value resulting from the use of the item if they have used it in a way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. To ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the consumer should handle and use the item only as they would be allowed to do in a store.

To return the goods, the consumer must submit a withdrawal statement in free form to the email address tellimine@tubakas.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the statement or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to a logistics company during the aforementioned period.

The consumer does not have to return the goods via a logistics company if tubakas.ee has agreed to collect the goods themselves.

Tubakas.ee will reimburse the consumer immediately upon receiving the withdrawal statement, but no later than 14 days after, for all payments received from the consumer under the contract, including the costs related to the delivery and return of the used item. Not all return-related costs will be reimbursed if the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive one offered by the company; in this case, tubakas.ee is not obligated to reimburse the consumer for costs exceeding those related to the standard delivery method.

All Zippo lighters come with a lifetime warranty.

The consumer has the right to use all legal remedies available to protect their rights.

The parties to the contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, other applicable legal acts, and the terms agreed upon in the contract.

Disputes arising from the contract between tubakas.ee and the consumer shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties have the right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Committee of the Consumer Protection Board or to resolve the dispute in the Harju County Court.
